Reference to platform for online dispute settlement

In the context of the implementation of Regulation (EC) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013 (Online dispute resolution for consumer disputes), since January 9, 2013 there is an obligation of reference to the platform of online dispute resolution under www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. However, there is no obligation to participate in a dispute regulation procedure with a consumer arbitration board, and I am not willing to participate in such a procedure.
